Gp140 was non-covalently bound on flow cell 2 to Mab 5F3 which was immobilized on flow cell 1 and flow cell 2 by direct amine coupling. Binding affinity of the antibodies (injected on flow cell 1 and flow cell 2) was assessed in the presence or absence of DC-SIGN also injected over both flow cells.
