Recordings of spontaneous fast monophasic positive action potentials (FMPP) generated by cultured hippocampal neurons grown on a PEI functionalized gMμEs based MEA for 10 days. (A) Spontaneous trains of FPMP generated by three neurons (one coupled to electrode 62, the second coupled to three electrodes 17, 36, and 27 and the third to electrode 38).
