Effects of PGE2 on the binding of nuclear transcription factors in DCs. CD11c+ DCs were treated with PGE2 10⁻⁶ m for 1 h. Nuclear extracts from untreated DCs (A) and PGE2-treated DCs (B) were prepared and subjected to protein/DNA arrays. C, the amounts of AP-1, SP-1, and NF-κB were normalized to controls on each membrane, and the normalized values for AP-1, SP-1, and NF-κB obtained for PGE2-treated DC were compared with the normalized values for the medium control.
