Parameter values for [CSL]- and [CaM]-dependent activity of the Cav1.2 channel

Data shown in Fig. 2 were fitted by Equations 24 using DeltaGraph software. To reduce the number of variables in the curve fitting, values of Kdl, nl, and nf obtained in the fittings of CSL data and CaM data were used as fixed values in other curve fittings (marked with asterisks). The partial agonist efficacy (α) was calculated from a ratio of the effects of CSL (Amax) on CaM (Amax·α) as 0.14 and treated as a fixed value in further analysis.
