Temporal changes in MAP (B) and heart rate (C) in the normotensive (n=6 per time point) and RVHT (n=5 per time point) rats are depicted between 10 min before and 240 min after ICH (*p<0.05 compared to 0 min). Following induction of ICH, both the normotensive and RVHT rats have acute BP elevation. The normotensive rats have a significant increase of heart rate from 120 to 180 min after ICH while the RVHT rats do not show any significant changes during the period.
