Correlation between QPatch and high-throughput hERG assays. For a subset of compounds for which two high-throughput hERG assays, thallium flux (blue symbol), and ³⁵S-MK499 binding (red symbol) showed >7-fold difference in potency, the estimated fraction of block in QPatch hERG recordings correlates to a greater degree with the thallium flux data Schmalhofer et al. (2010).
