Effect of MAA on gene expression level of Bax and Bcl-2 in Ca Ski cells. Cells were treated with 60 μM MAA for different times. After designated exposure times, cells were harvested and the total RNA was extracted. The RNA was subjected to Q-PCR analysis as described in Section 2.
