Inhibition of cell growth by γ-secretase inhibitor (GSI XXI) only in cells with activated Notch signaling by MTS Assay. The SKGT-4 and BE3 cell lines were seeded in 96-well plates and treated with γ-secretase inhibitor (GSI XXI) from 500nM to 5μM for 72 hours and a nonradioactive MTS cell proliferation assay was performed to determine the rate of proliferation.
