The categorical attributes were ranked based on their estimated conditional entropies, and the top 20 attributes were choseN to partition the problem separately. Linear models were built for each partition. Among the 20 attributes, there are 5 having better performance than the baseline approach in terms of both cross-validation accuracy and test accuracy.
