The HLA typing of donors for CD8+ T cells for generation of CD8+CD28 suppressor cells, the priming B-APC cells, the partially matched C-APC cells (which shared identical HLA-A, -B, but not HLA-DR, with B-APC), or the fully mismatched I-APC cells (HLA-A, B and DR fully mismatched with B-APC) are shown. Two additional sets of donors A, B, C, and I were used for repeating this experiment for a total of three independent times.
