Effect of epimuqubilin A on LPS-induced MAPKs activation in cultured RAW 264.7 cells. RAW 264.7 cells were pretreated with various concentrations up to 20 µM of epimuqubilin A for 15 min, and then incubated with LPS (1 µg/mL) for 15 min. Total cell lysate was prepared and the levels of p-p38 MAPK, total p38 MAPK, p-ERK1/2, total ERK1/2, p-SAPK/JNK, and SAPK/JNK were analyzed by Western blotting. The band intensities were normalized to that of the β-actin; data are presented as fold-changes.
