(A) qRT-PCR analysis shows that Pai1 mRNA levels are increased in the tumor (T) tissue from Trp53^KO mice and Trp53^KO;Tgfbr2^KO mice compared to normal Control liver tissue (P = 0.0095). Additionally, Pai1 mRNA levels are significantly higher in Trp53^KO tumors compared to Trp53^KO;Tgfbr2^KO tumors (P = 0.0043). (B) qRT-PCR analysis of Pai1, Ctgf, Itgb1, Cdkn1a and Fn1 in tumors from Trp53^KO mice and Trp53^KO;Tgfbr2^KO mice.
