TLR4 and IL-1RI are expressed on synovial fibroblasts. Synovial fibroblasts were cultured in chamber slides without exogenous stimulation. TLR4 and IL-1RI expression was determined by immunocytochemical staining (red Alexa Fluor© 594) and nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst (blue).
