(A) Serum YFAK (ng/mL) is significantly greater than YEAK (ng/mL) at multiple time points from 15 to 120 minutes. (B, C) YFAK induced increased plasma CCL22 (pg/mL) and CXCL13 (pg/mL) levels when compared to YEAK as shown. Significance was calculated using an unpaired t-test: YFAK vs. YEAK or Control * p≤0.05, ** p≤0.01.
