ODC enzyme activity was assayed in H157 SCR (SCR 4, SCR 8) or AZKD (AZ 9, AZ 11) clones. Cells were untreated (open bars), treated with 2.5 μM BENSpm (gray bars), or treated with 10 μM spermine with 1 mM aminoguanidine (black bars) for 24 h.
