SEM images of HASMCs fibroblasts growing on surface of CUPE films. Cells were allowed to grow and proliferate for 3 days post seeding. Seeding density per film = 3×105 cells. Different films used include (A) CUPE6 (B) CUPE10 and (C) CUPE12. CUPE4 was not used because of film dissolution over long culture time.
