(B) Pretreatment (2h) with DEX (100 nM) reversed the LPS mediated decrease in EVT invasion. DEX alone and EtOH (DEX vehicle control) treatments were included as negative controls. Each bar represents mean ± SEM. Three independent experiments were performed with cells isolated from three different placentas.
