MDCK cells were infected in triplicate with 25 PFU of each virus, respectively. The viral yields (log10 PFU/ml) were measured at 12, 24, 36, 48, 56, and 72 h.p.i. Data are expressed as mean ± SD of viral titers (log10 PFU/mg) of each group of cells from three separate experiments.
