Relocalization of Grh1-GFP upon starvation. (A) Yeast expressing Grh1-GFP grown in normal growth medium were washed and cultured in starvation medium with or without cycloheximide (CHX) for 4 or 8 h. The cells cultured in starvation medium for 4 h were cultured in growth medium for 1.5 h. The cells were visualized by fluorescence microscopy to monitor the localization of Grh1-GFP.
