Reactions for DA_20_00, DA_20_10, and DA_42_04 were carried out at 298K (16). The errors represent the calculated 95% confidence interval. Kinetic parameters for catalytic antibodies 7D4 and 4D5 at 310K were taken from (11,12). The kuncat for the Diels-Alder reaction at 298K was found to be 2.44 × 10−2 M−1 hr−1, in good agreement with the previously reported value at 310K of 4.29 × 10−2 M−1 hr−1.
