HEK293T cells were transfected with the indicated plasmids. Eight hours later, they were treated with the indicated concentrations of TAT-RasGAP_317–326 for an additional 20 hour period at which time they were lysed. Lysates (1 mg) were subjected to S•TAG pull-down. Pulled-down complexes were analyzed by Western blotting using HA- and S•TAG specific antibodies. In parallel 50 µg of total cell lysates were subjected to Western blotting analysis using the same antibodies.
