The iso BCFAME yield peaks corresponding to the loss of the terminal isopropyl group. The anteiso BCFAME yield signals for fragmentation corresponding to loss of the terminal isobutyl and ethyl groups. m/z 115 is below 5% abundance in iso spectra, and above 10% abundance in anteiso spectra.
