Direct binding of Tim50_IMS to pHsp60. A complex was formed between biotin-labeled pHsp60 and Tim50_IMS by incubating the proteins for 20 min. The complex was stabilized by addition of 50 μm DSS for 30 min at room temperature. Cross-linked products were analyzed by SDS-PAGE followed by Western blotting with streptavidin-HRP.
