(A) Chemotactic migration of DC (labeled with PKH26) and PMN (labeled with PKH2) from the upper chamber towards confluent monolayers of HT29 cells in the lower chamber. When indicated, control IgG mAb or anti IL-8 mAb were added to the lower chamber. Microscopy photographs represent visible light and UV illumination fields with filters for red and green fluorescence showing the lower chamber when taken 24 h later.
