Cultured DRG neurons from RGMb-deficient mice have decreased BMP-2-mediated signaling. DRG neurons from RGMb-deficient and WT LMs were cultured in varying concentrations of BMP-2 and then assayed for phospho-Smad (pSMAD) expression.
