Adherent cells from the peritoneal cavities of C57BL/6 mice were stimulated in vitro for 48 h with crude extracts of P. brasiliensis yeasts with (PbAgTM) or without (PbAg) TM treatment. Stimulation with LPS+IFN-γ was used as a positive control. The culture supernatants were assayed for TNF-α (A) and NO (B) levels.
