Predictions of a simple divisive gain control (Equation A1, with m = 0.10) applied to data of Experiment 2. See Appendix A for details. This model shows a uniform, but partial, normalization of blur matches across all test blurs. Compared with Figures 10B and 10E, the fit is poor when adapt and test blurs are very different.
