Freezing tolerance of acex mutants showing increased induction of CBF2 in response to low temperature. Non-acclimated and cold-acclimated (7 d, 4 °C) 3-week-old WT and mutant (acex8, acex 48, and acex 84) plants were exposed to different freezing temperatures for 6 h.
