Colonic mRNA expression levels for genes within IBD5. Colon biopsy specimens were obtained from Crohn patients (n = 30) and healthy controls (n = 11). mRNA expression was measured using the Affymetrix GeneChip Human Genome HG-U133 Plus 2.0 array.
