The data set that is shown was acquired in the cooling mode using a LA6 mixture with ditridecanoyl-PC bilayers at a nominal lipid/peptide ratio of 30/1. The marked component (*) near 1670 cm−1 arises from the trifluoroacetate counterions which copurify with the peptides.
