Data shown here are the means ±SD of three independent experiments. (B) Telomerase activities were quantified using a telomerase repeat amplification protocol (TRAP) assay. RSCs from rats in different ages were lysed in CHAPS lysis buffer, and equal protein quantities (300 ng) were subjected to TRAP analysis to determine telomerase activity.
