^*β denotes the relative importance of the explaining variable: the higher the β coefficient, the higher the contribution of that variable in the regression equation. Partial R² symbolizes the explained variance of the dependent variable accounted for by the variable. Total R² is the percentage of the total variation of the HRQOL score that is explained by the independent risk factors together.
