Snf1 heterotrimers purified from yeast were subjected to in vitro dephosphorylation with purified recombinant PP2C in the presence or absence of 0.8 mm nucleoside diphosphates (NDP) as indicated (A) or with other adenosine nucleotides (AXP; B).
