(A, right panels) Measurement of IL-12 subunits (p35 and p40) by quantitative real-time RT-PCR in MoDCs following stimulation with LPS for 3 and 6 hours. Results were normalized to GAPDH expression and represented as a fold change compared with unstimulated conditions.
