B6.CAST.11M (circles), B6^{Nrlp1b (129S1)} (triangles), or nontransgenic littermate control mice (squares) were challenged with LT as in Figure 1B. Uninjected animals served as t = 0 controls. Animals were sacrificed at 0.5, 1, 2, and 4 h post toxin injection, and serum cytokines levels were measured. Data represent the average values of five animals per group +/− SD.
