Role of P450s in LPV bioactivation. cDNA-expressed P450s were used to determine the role of individual CYP450 in LPV bioactivation. The incubation conditions of LPV were detailed in experimental procedures. All samples were analyzed by UPLC-TOFMS. A, enzymes contributing to the formation of LPV adducts I and II.
