Comparison of the pressure dependence of the anisotropy AT(P) at T = 35 °C for EC RecA + ATP[γ-S] (♦) and TT RecA + ATP[γ-S] (□). The anisotropy is a monotonically decreasing function of pressure. Symbols are the data from experiments and solid lines are the fit through the data. The number of counts for each state point was fixed and the error bars were taken to be identical to those determined at a single point.
