Intracellular ROS induced MnCl2. Cells were treated with 1,000 µM MnCl2 and were incubated with dichlorofluorescin diacetate (100 µM), then the fluorescence intensities of 10,000 cells were analyzed by flow cytometry (Partec PAS). The DCFDA fluorescence was quantified.
