A kinetic model for the integrated events of translation termination and ribosome recycling in yeast (modeled after ref. 41). The targeted ribosome complex either contains a stop codon in the A site, in the case of eRF1∶eRF3, or is stalled near the 3′ end of an mRNA, in the case of Dom34∶Hbs1.
