Cell cycle histograms (FL3 Log representing propidium iodide detected by flow cytometry) revealed a statistical significant sub-G₁apoptotic increase in 0.4 μM 2ME2BM-treated cells (B) when compared to vehicle-treated cells (A). However, no G₂/M block was observed in the 0.4 μM 2ME2BM-treated cells. A decrease in cells present in G₁was found in the 0.4 μM 2ME2BM-treated cells when compared to the vehicle-treated cells.
