Vcmax, Jmax, triose phosphate use (TPU), and Jmax/Vcmax ratio were computed using the fitting model developed by Sharkey et al. (2007). Values presented are means ± se of five individual plants per genotype, and no significant differences were found by t test between mutant SDH1-1/sdh1-1 and RNAi (ih1.1, ih1.3) plants and their respective wild-type controls (Ws and Col0).
