WPP Haemocytes from loss-of-function Rho family GTPases – Cdc42, Rac1, and Rac2 were analysed for any variances in motile behaviour when compared to heterozygous controls of each respective loss-of-function strain. All cells were analysed on a 0.2% gelatine ECM in standard ex vivo conditions. (A) Track plots for heterozygous and homozygous Cdc422 WPP haemocytes, (B) track plots for heterozygous and homozygous Rac1J11 WPP haemocytes, and (C) track plots for heterozygous and homozygous Rac2 Δ WPP haemocytes. Heterozygous controls were created by crossing each loss-of-function strain into a either w1118 (used for Cdc422 and Rac1J11) or ry506 (used for Rac2 Δ).
