Effect of in vivo NLE (10 mg/gm dry feed palate) treatment on the susceptibility of oocytes towards apoptosis in vitro. Oocytes collected from control as well as from NLE-treated animals that had normal morphology were further cultured in plain medium for 3 h and observed for their morphological apoptotic changes.
