Enantioselective inhibition of human CYP19 by naringenin. A range of concentrations of rac-naringenin (open circle), (R)-naringenin (dark square), or (S)-naringenin (dark triangle) was incubated with recombinant human CYP19 (7.5 nM) and substrate MFC at 37°C for 30 min and enzyme activity was determined in three independent experiments.
