RFP, a binding partner of Epc1, is highly expressed in neonatal skeletal muscles. (a) Epc1 recruits RFP in 293T cells. pCMV-Flag-RFP constructs with either pcDNA3.1 or pCMV-myc-Epc1 were transiently transfected into 293 T cells, and anti-myc antibodies were used for immunoprecipitation.
