Different doses of NEU3 siRNA (0, 250 or 500 pmol) were injected into three groups of athymic nude mice (n=10 for each condition) and the tumor diameters were measured and compared as described in Materials and Methods. The statistical analyses were performed using the Kruska–Wallis test.
