Stage 2: Compartmentalized model reconstruction. Integration of the global model with various experimental localization data sources and utilization of network-based localization prediction method. Stage 3: Tissue-specific models reconstruction. Integration of the compartmentalized model with tissue-specific protein-expression data to create a separate model for 10 different tissues.
