Assessment of LTA- and PepG-induced lung injury in ANP-deficient mice. Wild-type or ANP knockout mice (strain B6.129P2-Nppatm1Unc/J) were treated with a mixture of LTA (2.5 mg/kg) and PepG (2.5 mg/kg) for 24 h. Control animals were treated with sterile saline solution.
