Plasma membrane preparations (0.25 µg/well) from BPDR5 (dark), pdr5Δ (gray) and A1352M (white) were incubated in 25 µL reaction buffer containing 300 mM Mes-Tris (pH 7.4), 4 mM ATP, 5 mM MgCl₂, 0.2 mMammonium molybdate, 50 mM KNO₃, and 10 mM NaN₃ at 30°C for 20 min. The oligomycin-sensitive activity was determined as the difference in the ATPase activity in the presence or absence of 20 µg/mL oligomycin. The figure shows the means of three independent experiments, and the error bars represent standard error.
