(c) displays the crawling wave movement without reflection while (d) shows the same movement with boundary reflection of 0.5 at both sides, causing the amplitude variation pulsating in a regular pattern. The unwrapped phase distribution is shown in (e), where it is clear that the phase for (d) is corrupted with a sinusoidal component. The estimated shear speed for phase distribution of (e) is shown in (f).
